📦 Return Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition

  • Items are returned in the original packaging

  • You include the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: We do not accept returns on final sale or clearance items.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at contact@maggieshop.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong item or something damaged? We’re truly sorry!

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include a photo and description of the issue

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
